Our client is a reputable mid-market PE with an excellent investment track record in Latin America. They're looking for a Managing Directtor to lead their team in the region. Reporting to NYC, your primary responsibilities would be Overseeing all team processes including sourcing, diligence, execution, relationship management Building a strong reputation both internally and externally as a leader of investment activity. Through both existing contacts and the ongoing development of new relationships, leading the team in originating attractive investment opportunities and developing value-added relationships Representing our client on key portfolio Boards, as required Significant relationship management experience including primary responsibility for managing relationships with portfolio companies and other external stakeholders (investment partners such as General Partner and other co-investors and advisors such as financial, legal, etc.) Demonstrated persuasive skills and flexibility, adaptability, initiative and creativity as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure while being a team player who enjoys a high performance culture are critical to success in this role. Candidates must exhibit conduct consistent with our guiding principles of integrity, partnership and high performance and be willing to travel.
